To secure a booking at Kleinmond Self-Catering Accommodation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of the booking per EFT,  and the balance in cash on arrival, or EFT two days prior to your arrival.

We honour your child as a person, and therefore they count as such. Maximum of 4 people allowed in Unit 2, and maximum of 6 in Unit 1, including children.

Strictly no pets.

Day visitors are welcome, but no extra guests allowed to sleep over. No groups, no parties, or noise after 22:00.

We really have a lot of understanding for illness and other problems, but unfortunately we cannot accept it as an excuse for cancellations and refunds.

To move a booking close to the date, means we are carrying the loss. Unfortunately, if you have a problem, we can’t suffer the loss.
